Sick

I have tonsillitis... I came home early on Monday and haven't been back to work since. I had gone to the Doctors on Friday afternoon and was prescribed Antibiotics for the swelling in my tonsils come Sunday I was only getting worse went to the ER and they just upped my Penicillian prescription and gave me a popsicle. So Monday after surviving half a day at work I left to go home. Got some herbal remodies that the natropath at my work suggested. That didn't help so Wed. I made an appointment with another doctor. They figured that since the antibiotics weren't helping I for sure didn't have strep or else I would have been feeling better by then. So they gave me a couple of shots (stronger antibiotic and steriods - for swelling) and sent me on to an ear, nose and throat specialist. He said that I probably had viral tonsilitis other wise antibiotics would have helped me. and if I wanted I could get my tonsils out but he suggested waiting and if I get this again then to get them out. (I heard that before back in the first years of high school) So for now no surgery. Maybe if I get sick again soon...

So I've been sitting at home all day watching first season of Friends. Might get through the whole season by the end of the week. Not planing on getting back to work till Monday at the soonest. I don't want to spread my fun to other people.
